Three weeks. One clear answer.

  1. WEEK 1

    Intent

Founder interview, sales data and brand documentation. What you believe you stand for.

  2. WEEK 2

    Perception

Reviews, social, search, in-store experience and competitors. What the market actually reads.

  3. WEEK 3

    The Gap Report

A walkthrough session and the Comprehensive Brand Report — gaps ranked by what they cost you.

This is for you if

  • Product is good, but the right customers aren’t walking in
  • You’re relying on promotions to move traffic
  • You’ve rebranded, relocated or repositioned — and the market hasn’t caught up
  • You’re about to increase ad spend and want to know it’s amplifying the right thing

It’s not for you if

  • You need posts next week, not answers
  • You’re pre-launch with no trading data yet
  • You want a logo refresh and nothing else

Questions owners ask

What data do you need from us?

Recent sales by month, any brand guidelines, and access to your social and Google Business accounts. We sign an NDA before anything changes hands.

Do I have to continue with Kubra afterwards?

No. The report is yours. If you continue to the Campaign, the audit fee is credited.

Why don’t you publish client revenue figures?

Because they’re our clients’ numbers, not ours. We show results indexed to each client’s own baseline, and walk you through full documentation under NDA.

Do you only work with F&B?

Most of our documented work is food and beverage. We also work with lifestyle and consumer brands, and with community organisations — Muhammadiyah Association’s Ramadan campaign lifted donations 21% year on year.
